All Sheriff Sales are conducted in the lobby of the Ashland County Courthouse, 201 W Main St, Ashland, WI at 10:00 AM of the specified day.
Terms:
10% down in cash or money order due at the time of sale.
Balance is due within 10 days of sale.
Failure to pay balance due will result in forfeit of deposit.
The property is sold "as is" and subject to all legal liens, encumbrances, outstanding and accruing taxes, special assessments, penalties, and interest.
Per State Statute 846.155 the following form shall be filled out upon successful third party bid, and to be included with down payment at the Ashland County Clerk of Court office.
