Open Records

OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS/INFORMATION

Open records requests can be made at the Sheriff’s Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays), or by mailing them to:

Requests made by mail should complete the Request for Records form available from this website. Most requests will receive a reply within ten business days.

Typical requests include incident reports, individual contact records, photographs, audiotapes, CD’s and DVD’s. Records can be picked up at the Sheriff’s Office or mailed to the requestor. Pre-payment is appreciated for each request based on the following fees:

Incident Reports $ .25 per page
CD’s & DVD’s $5.00

For Driver’s License records or Vehicle Registration records, you must complete a Vehicle/Driver Record Information Request form and mail it to:

Criminal History Checks

For Criminal History Records, you must complete a Criminal History Record Request form and mail to:
